What is not modeled as covered
Normal wear, impact damage, improper use, strap aging, unauthorized modification and water exposure beyond the stated rating.
Service process
A live operation would verify proof of purchase, assess the watch and confirm repair, replacement or return options before work begins.
Final warranty terms must be reviewed against the actual product, service capability and applicable law.
